Absolutely! First, we highly recommend Petes books. “Pain Free” is a great place to start. Read the first three chapters and youll get a very good feel for how we look at the body. Secondly, we offer a free Pain Free Workshop the 3rd Saturday of each month, from 10:00 a.m. to noon at the Austin Clinic. At the workshop youll learn more about how your posture affects the way your body feels and functions, you’ll get your posture photos taken and reviewed with you by one of our therapists and youll get basic advice on how you can start improving your health now, whether by working on your own or with one of our therapists.
