Is there a way I can create a spreadsheet report from PS Energy that displays certain pieces of information i.e. Property addresses, SAP ratings etc?
There are many ways of doing this. The method described below will require you to first create a PS Energy database view that only shows the fields you want to show. Once you have done this you can choose how you want to export / print that data. 1) In PS Energy left click on any of the actual column headings in the Top Window pane of the database i.e. the first heading that reads ‘Property ID’. 2) Select ‘Column Selector’ from the menu. 3) In the Column Selector window you need to make sure that the only boxes ticked are the ones that you want to show in your report. So an example of a basic SAP report would be to tick the following… * Survey Date * Address 1 * Address 2 * Address 3 * Postcode * SAP Rating * SAP Band * EI Rating * EI Band * RRN 4) Click OK. You will now notice that the database is only showing the fields that you have selected.
