Is there a way for me to withdraw from LightningCD at any time?
While we hope that our relationship with you will be a long happy and profitable one we do understand that in the course of things there may come times when an artist would want to change course. Perhaps your time on LightningCD has led to enough recognition that you have found a fantastic deal… but one that requires exclusivity. While we would hate to see anyone feel the need to leave, our contract provides for a 90-day “out clause” upon written notice. Once we receive your request to end our relationship, this 90 day period would begin. Once completed LightningCD would take your project out of our catalog. Your final check would be issued in the following month with your normal check run.
