Is there a way for approving managers to view reports they have previously taken action on?
Managers can view all expense reports they have taken action on. This helps eliminate the possibility that the same items could inadvertently be submitted in more than one report. On the Approvals page, click Other Reports. Select from several filters to view reports submitted by a particular employee, or reports you approved during a certain timeframe. After you select a filter, the reports appear. To sort the reports, click the Date or From column heading.
