Is there a warranty on the Silence HP dryers?
Brilliant Products offers a lifetime warranty on the motor, one year on all other parts. All service is performed in Goodyear, Arizona within 72 hours of receipt. A $20.00 Guarantee Handling Fee is charged if service is necessary after 90 days of ownership or up to one year. Any unit over one year old can be completely refurbished for a service fee of $30.00. If for any reason a motor should fail, it will be replaced at no charge. When returning your dryer for service, please include your email address (so we may email the UPS tracking number to you) as well as your name, phone number and business address.
