Is there a waiting list for admission into Buckingham’s Choice?
There is a waiting list for Buckingham’s Choice called the “Choice Club” program. By becoming a member of the Choice Club, you’ll have priority selection when cottages or apartments become available. In addition, you gain free access to certain community amenities, including our guest apartment, pool, fitness center, meals and sponsored events. The Choice Club gives our prospective residents the chance to experience the lifestyle before moving in! There is a one-time fully refundable deposit of $1,500 along with a non-refundable application fee of $300.
