connect your SD card to comp through a card reader then scan for viruses if it is clean then it is OK otherwise delete the detected viruses and format the card in your mobile I think due to running process from SD card because of virus makes it impossible to format on windows platform better to use “USB guard” software which can block the entry of viruses into the SD card
