Sort of. The manual below was found on the net, and isn’t specifically for this Sony DVR. It is a TVGOS training manual for an LG Television, but there is A LOT of useful information contained in this PDF file! TVGOS Training Manual I noticed a couple of differences in this manual between the Sony DVR and the screenshots in the manual. Some of the things that jumped out at me were: Pages 10-11 – The TVGOS configuration steps are different (mostly because they cover settings that don’t apply to this DVR). Page 27 – The Rec List looks a LOT different and more graphical (they show a thumbnail preview of the recordings) – this one is from a DVR version of the LG TV The really good stuff starts on page 29 – this starts the Diagnostics Info (including the 753159852 and the 653274147 TVGOS Reset Slicing menu). There is also a lengthy FAQ section. I strongly encourage everyone to download this file and read through it!
