Is There A Trouble Shooting Manual For My Singer Millennium Series (model 6412) Sewing Machine?

My bobbin isn’t working on my singer model 6412 sewing machine millennium series. When the sewing needle goes down it hits the bobbin. The bobbin thread won’t “marry up” with the needle thread. I can’t figure out whats wrong.
