Is there a transition class from lessons for swimmers who have finished level 5?

The transition from lessons to a team is the only transition available. Many times swimmers in lessons may not believe that they are capable of doing what they have seen the swim team swimmers doing, but after about 4 weeks of practices, they find themselves comfortable along side their teammates. Q: We have never been on a team before and we don’t know what to do or how things go… A: The swim teams function just like any other team. We have practices and competitions throughout the season from September – February or March. On September 8th, we will be holding parent and swimmer meetings in the evening. This meeting is required for all members. At this meeting we will be addressing the calendar, team policies and expectations, and giving everyone an idea of how things function within the team. In addition to this, spending time on the team really helps understand the world of Swimming.
