No, only Air Quality staff conduct Rule 316 training. Classes are held at 1001 N Central Ave, Ste 400, Phoenix, AZ 85004, but you may request that Air Quality staff conduct training off-site when attendance will be at least 10 participants and no more than 30. See Section 311.3 of Rule 316 for more information.
