There is no time limit provided by Chapters 718 or 719, Florida Statutes, for the association to reduce the minutes of meetings to writing. One may refer to the documents of the association for clarification. However, the records of the association, including a book or books which contain the minutes of all meetings of the association, shall be made available to a unit owner within 5 working days after receipt of written request by the board or its designee.
