Is there a time limit for Editors to complete jobs?
As a rule, Editors should only select a job when they have time to work on it in one sitting. In the interest of keeping each Editors Average Turnaround Time low, the jobs should be completed within a few hours. Proficient Editors may find that level1 jobs may take on the order of 10 minutes. If an Editor has retained a job for a 12-hour period, they will be notified via internal Message Center and email that they need to complete the job, or submit it back to the Unassigned Jobs queue while earning a time equivalent to the time the job was held in their Active Queue. After 24-hours, the job will be forced back into the Unassigned Jobs queue and the Editors account will be evaluated for termination. It is discouraged to hold jobs for any longer than 5 hours.
