Is there a time difference between the Cayman Islands and New York?
Like the east coast of the USA, the Cayman Islands are on Eastern Standard Time (EST), and there’s no time difference between October and April. But, since we don’t adjust our clocks for Daylight Saving Time, there is an hour difference between mid-April to mid-October. During those months, it’s an hour earlier here.
