The law mandates that any school with a free lunch ratio of greater than 75% free is considered a Title I school. For 2009-2010 Jeffco elementary schools that had a free lunch ratio of greater than 43% are considered Title I. Middle schools are funded at 56% or higher and high schools at 75% or higher.
