No. However, institution officials who participated in our TEACH training and orientation will have copies of the TEACH Training Guide, which they may copy and share with support staff. In addition, when TEACH is available to the public it will feature a Frequently Asked Questions section; a description of the process for submitting an application through an approved program; a form to report problems, and a technical phone line for help.
