Is there a test for candida?
I’ve heard of everything from the spit test in a glass of water, to sending stool samples to the Mayo Clinic. Most people who have candida have come to the conclusion by reading everything they can about it. There are several online candida questionnaires. The easiest way to check for it is through applied or behavioural kineseology, also known as Muscle Testing. Read all you can about it, practise, practise, practise.
