Is there a suitable paint for repainting white plastic garden chairs?

The problem with painting these types of surfaces is that they will not absorb the paint and drying becomes a problem. Additionally, since they are so slick and impervious, the paint usually will not stick. You can try roughening the surfaces thoroughly with moderate steel wool. If you do, roughen the surface until it’s very noticeable and then try a spray on (pressurized can) acryilic and apply several very thin and very light coates as opposed to one or two thick ones… Good luck!
