I know of no substitute for KA2141. If the problem is no video, first be sure the IC is not being shut off by inputs at pins 9 (contrast input), 10 (clamp gate input), 11 (blank gate input), or 20 (brightness control), and that Vcc is present at pins 5 & 16. If the IC is bad, after all, then try www.samsungparts.com for replacement parts of this chassis.
