Is there a student/cohort profile for MSc Finance and Economics?

Each year around 80 students are accepted and register on the MSc Finance and Economics Programme, with around 5 onto the MSc Finance and Economics (Research). There is no typical student, however, all come with very strong quantitative backgrounds, usually in economics or related subjects. The cohort is made up of many different nationalities from around the world; between 1999-2009 the profile can be estimated as – UK 10%, Europe 40%, Far East 25%, North America 7%, Middle East 5%, Other 13%. The majority of students registered on the Programme are recent graduates between the ages of 20-25, however, age is not taken into consideration when an application is considered.
