Is there a strategy that works best for placing people in my Dynamic Duo Structure?
We would recommend that you build straight down your Left Team to the left, and straight down your Right Team to the right. Keep families, friends and co-workers together on the same Team. In your Back Office, you have options to choose from that will automatically place people in your Structure. You can set the placement for your Left Team, which will place new people on the bottom left of your Left Team. You can set the placement for your Right Team, which will place new people on the bottom right of your Right Team, or you can set the placement for your Weakest Team, which will place new people to the bottom of your Weakest Team.
