Yes. Curved stairlift systems can have multiple bends in them. They can even be made for spiral stairs or even a lighthouse. See this example in Uruguay, South America when Castle Stairlift light-heartedly put in a tender to the lighthouse keeper – and some months later the government came back for an official quote! They are still trying to raise the funds.
