There is not a regulation limiting the student-tutor ratio at this time. From two to ten students per tutor is the ratio usually described for groups. However, the provider’s application describes the design of the tutoring to be provided that has proven to be effective. This issue needs to be further specified in the agreement/contract with LEAs.
