Is there a specific format required by DHS for financial audits?
The legislature will also be addressing this. They are considering not requiring audits, but requiring annual financial statements that that report functional expenses of chemical dependency treatment costs. Providers will be required to use a format specified by the commissioner. That format has not yet been developed.
