Is there a solution for errors going through TD Bank online services conversion?

When we try to deactivate online services for our TD Banknorth bank account, it crashes Quickbooks with a code 20146 06524. We are unable to move forward or backward in the conversion. We can go back to our backup file, but we can’t link up with the new TD Bank entity for online services.
