Is there a shipping container deposit required?
No. However, it is of utmost importance that the semen-shipping container be returned immediately. All containers are to be returned after the first insemination using Federal Express Saver Third Business Day. The additional semen dose sent is not to be stored in the container. Semen should be stored in an adequate refrigerator. All contents included in the container minus the semen is to be sent back. However, the mare owner is responsible for the container and all contents in the event the container is lost, stolen, or components are missing. We advise taking out insurance in the amount of $500.00 with Federal Express for the replacement cost of the container.
