No, there isn’t a special in sewing machine for making doll clothing. However, you may find a zipper foot will allow the needle to make a narrower seam. Cutting the seam allowances a little larger for sewing, then triming back would also help. My MIL made hundreds of Barbie clothes on a “nothing fancy” Singer that she also used for making her own clothing.
