Is there a setup fee for DMI service?
Yes. There is a $100 setup fee/deposit required before the account is created. It is our policy to debit this deposit for each complaint we receive from your recipients. The amount debited will range from $10 for minor complaints to the entire balance for a major infraction/complaint. When the deposit is exhausted, the account will be terminated unless there are extenuating circumstances.
