Is there a set schedule for my coop courses and workterm?
The only rule is that students must complete CPP100 before going out on a workterm. After that, the flexibility of the program will allow students to complete the rest of the courses in different sequences. 1. Some students will complete CPP100, go out on a workterm (CWT100) and then return to school. Once back in an academic term, they must take CPP200 in addition to their minimum academic load (4 courses). As long as they still meet coop eligibility requirements and are eligible to view coop job postings, they will have access to the Cooperative Education Department coop job postings and the opportunity to secure their 2nd workterm. 2. Some students will complete CPP100, go out on a workterm (CWT100) and stay on for a 2nd workterm (CWT200). After completing the 2nd workterm, they return to an academic semester (4 courses) plus CPP200.
