During your risk-free 30 day trial period, if you are not satisfied with our service, you may cancel your service within your trial period. Please call our customer service at 1-877-482-5503 to cancel service. We will refund you the monthly charge,Shipping and Handling Fee and activation fee. Within 7 days after canceling your service, you must mail back iTalkBB’s IP Box in order to avoid $59.99 equipment fee. After 30 day trial period, you may cancel your service at anytime. If your service is cancelled within 1 year of usage, a $69.99 termination fee will apply; if your service is cancelled after 1 year of usage, there will be no termination fee.
