Is there a separate sales view of the floor plan?
Yes. Visitors and prospective exhibitors have very different needs when they look at the floor plan and, therefore, the floor plan should reflect those needs. ExpoCharger provides two separate views of the floor plan. • Sales Person Login: As the show organizer, you can create individual logins for your sales staff. Each sales person can work with prospects online, view available inventory, and place booths on hold for review by the show manager. This is a powerful sales and organizational tool. • Sales View: You can opt to have different building layers visible to the exhibitors on the floor plan than the visitors see. It may be helpful to display mechanical information to prospective exhibitors but not to visitors. Prospective exhibitors can turn on and off switches to see exhibitor names, booth numbers, booth status, booth area and booth dimensions.
