Those who are interested in pursuing a SAIS Certificate should first apply to SAIS Summer Programs to be accepted as a non-degree student. Once you have been accepted, you can request to officially enroll as a certificate student by meeting with an adviser and submitting the Certificate Plan of Action Form.
