No, there is no formal seating plan, apart from the President’s and Vice-Presidents’ tables. If a group of you are booked as full delegates and coming to the Gala Dinner, we suggest that if you want to sit together, you hover near the door of the dining room just before dinner, and go in as a group as soon as dinner is announced, that way you should find enough seats together.
