I am looking for a home at Lake Las Vegas (NO TUSCANY) I will consider Short Sales, ONLY if it is alreadybank approved. I am finding it quite frustrating to locate an agent that actually IS seasoned at dealing with buying a home in a market like todays. We are looking for a 4 bedroom home for 500K and under and the home MUST have a pool. We can put 200-250k cash down and finance the remaining. This seems reasonable in todays market, but as it stands now, its been rather frustrating.
