Yes. Clothes worn to school and grooming appearance should be appropriate for school activities and not disruptive to the educational process or offensive to others. The following is a list of dress and grooming guidelines that apply to all regular school activities: 1. Shoes must be worn at all times. Sandals must have heel straps.
