Is there a risk my dog might get hurt in playcare?

Our staff carefully supervises the dogs at all times and is well trained to recognize the signs of emerging aggression. We are also careful to ensure that dogs don’t get overly tired or display “turf” or “resource” protection behaviors. Extra care is taken at our facility during the feeding of our overnight boarders by feeding each dog in their own crate. But even when carefully supervised to ensure aggression does not occur, dogs, like kids on the playground, can get in the occasional scrape. Our staff is trained to quickly respond with canine first aid and a leading Veterinary clinic is just steps from our front door. Should anything happen to your dog that requires medical attention we will contact you immediately using the information you have provided to us.
