Is there a restocking fee for returned items?
We have a very liberal return policy. If the items are damaged or defective, then we will absorb the costs of replacing the item and the pick up of the damaged or defective item. However, when it come to items that are not damaged or defective we apply the “reasonable rule”. The “reasonable rule” applies to these situations. If the items arrives damaged, we will of course pick up and replace the item at our cost. However, if the item arrives without damage and is the correct product you ordered, then the costs are to be borne by the customer to include a restocking charge of 15%. We can honestly indicate that in our experience that we have rarely had a return.
