Is there a reserve price on items being sold?
Each item has a starting bid which appears on the main screen. This amount is the amount required for the next bid. It could be a minimum opening bid or just the next bid required after others have bid. A few items may have a reserve amount that must be met in order to win the item. These items will be stated when you bid. Either “the reserve has not been met” or “the reserve has been met”. If the reserve has been met then the item will be sold to the highest bidder from that point. If the reserve has not been met, then the item will not be sold until a higher price is achieved. We try to refrain from reserve items and very few will be posted.
