No. While licensees must provide a safe, sanitary and secure environment for their patrons, exact decisions on how to accommodate patrons are left to licensees and there is no requirement to install a surface to place alcoholic beverages in washrooms at this time. Depending on individual circumstances, however, conditions related to the limited licensing of areas, including washrooms, may be proposed by the Registrar of Alcohol and Gaming.
