Is there a required financial counseling session?
Students, who are borrowing for the first time at PHCC or who are re-entering PHCC after two years of non-attendance, are required to participate in an entrance counseling session before they submit their student loan request statement. Students may fulfill this requirement by using the online entrance counseling session at www.educaid.com. Look for “Resources” and click “Entrance/Exit Counseling” and follow the instructions.
