Is there a report that allows departments to reconcile grants?
Report “NCA495W CMIA Selection Report by Department” which is available in Document Direct assist departments in reconciling grants. This report details the distribution and reference documents selected each week by the Cost Accounting system to be drawn by Comptrollers. This weekly report sums the expenditures by Major Program, Appropriation, Program and Sub Account and sums a total for each department. This report also allows departments to tie Expenditures to Cash Deposits.
