Answer I think you should investigate this in two ways 1/ hypoglycemia if you are suffering from it how much hypoglycemia and since you are symptoms that are not related to eat because in case of hypoglycemia when you eat sugar you feel better but never than less insulinoma need to be investigate 2/ allergy related or absorption allergy relation, you will need to know what type of sugar you are allergic or that you cannot absorb and if you are really allergic to one group of sugar or all of them and in this case finding the cause of it and eventually so far to avoid it. you do not suffer from diabetes. so first see an allergologist and go from there. If you are suffering from sinus infection it might be something else behind it that you need to investigate separetly unless it is allergic rhinitis and not infection so investigate this issue.
