Is there a registration refund if we drop out of the Urbacity Challenge?
A. If you need to drop out of the Challenge, we will provide a refund minus a $20 administration fee up to 30 days from the Challenge. To receive a refund, you must contact the event producers in writing. After 30 days, no refund will be issued. Up until 30 days before the UrbaCity Challenge, you can transfer your registration to another competitor. This must be done online, and all the proper waivers, etc filled out.
