Is there a refund policy for the credit monitoring service?
There is a 3 day grace period in which you may opt out of your credit monitoring membership. Your credit card will not be charged during this period. If you do not want to receive notifications of changes that occur to your credit file that may suggest an identity theft in progress, please contact customer service at 800-720-4420 and one of our credit specialist will assist you. Email and Fax cancellations will not be accepted.
