Yes, this can be purchased through Sibelius Software. Price is based on the number of Starter Packages purchase, i.e. the more you buy, the lower the price per student. You can choose to not purchase an upgrade to StarPlay by using the free copy available online. The free copy allows you to individually purchase any of the songs available.
