Similar to a hearing-impaired person (without tinnitus issues), some tinnitus patients may have tolerance or loudness issues. In such cases, reducing the DFS calibration level (by hitting ‘Cancel’ and choosing to reduce the presentation level by 6dB) may be more comfortable and tolerable to the user.
