Is there a property homeowners association?
Yes. The Homeowner’s Association entitles homeowners to a participatory role in the management of the community. The Homeowner’s Association’s primary function is to maintain the integrity of the community. Each owner is responsible for paying annual dues, which will be applied towards the maintenance of the common area and other shared expenses related to the neighborhood common areas. Association dues are currently $50.00 per month, payable on a quarterly basis.
