The PS2 BIOS is on the system itself, not the discs. To get you have to dump it from from the system itself or download it. If you are talking about dumping the game itself (ISO) then download the trial version of alcohol 120% to dump and burn PS2 games. But this is all useless unless you are willing to mod your PS2.
