Yes. For attorneys with a last name beginning with “N” through “Z” a minimum of four of the total CLE hours required for the current two-year reporting period ending on June 30, 2011 must be in the area of professionalism, issues involving diversity, mental illness and addiction issues, civility or legal ethics. For all future reporting periods for all attorneys the professional responsibility requirement will be a minimum of 6 hours. This increased requirement begins with the July 1, 2010 – June 30, 2012 reporting period for attorneys with last names beginning with “A” through “M”.
