Is there a preffered time in the pregnancy to undergo 3D/4D ultrasound?
The ideal time for viewing your baby via 3D/4D ultrasound is typically between 25 and 29 weeks of pregnancy, although women with larger body types can generally expect better results if they wait until 30 weeks. Twins are best viewed at 19 to 22 weeks into the pregnancy. As with the mom’s size, the amount of fluid and the baby’s position in the womb all determine the clarity of the ultrasound images, we cannot guarantee the quality of the viewing session or captured pictures.
